Abdulla graduated from The American University in the Emirates (2010 – 2014) and is a fully registered advocate in The UAE.
He focuses mainly on litigation and represents clients before the competent U.A.E Courts. During the course of his career, Mr Abdulla worked for the Ministry of the Interior in the General Administration of Residence and Foreigners Affairs.
Following this, he was partner Ebrahim Hassan Almulla Advocates & Partners LLC – one of the leading law firms in the UAE and focused predominantly in dispute settlements.

Abdulla has handled litigation cases in a variety of civil and criminal aspects and consults in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property Law and Labour Law.
Abdulla is now a founding partner of Abdulla Ebrahim Al Mulla and is involved in a number of high profile cases including but not limited to civil, commercial, tax and penal cases, in addition to restructuring of private and public entities and provision of consultations for family portfolio management.
MAHMOUD IBRAHIM ELDSOKY MOHAMED

Mahmoud graduated from the Faculty of Law in 2005, Cairo University.

He started his professional field as a legal advisor in the office of Dr. Jaber Jad Nassar, President of Cairo University, where he was providing support in legal issues, reviewing legal materials and contracts, drafting legal documents, and ensuring that the organization adheres to local regulations.
​
Moreover, Mr. Mahmoud was researching current laws and staying current on changes, supervising internal litigation and legal documentation & creating legal documents, such as declarations and agreements.
​
In his 13 years of experience, he pursued as an Administrative Director on his own office in the Sultanate of Oman.
​
Mr. Mahmoud duties in that period was managing staff & workload, maintaining the library & office records, doing legal research, advising clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights & obligations and analysing the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents.
As a part of our team, he heads our litigation team, ensuring the smooth management of cases, liaising with Dubai courts and for ensuring all litigation cases are handled efficiently and smoothly including legal representation, review quality and evaluating risk factors.
Mahmoud is also responsible for the day to day operations at our firm, including the management of operations and strategy.
MIRGHANI ABDELAZIZ

Mr. Mirghani Abdelaziz, qualified from Cadi Ayyad University Morocco in 1990 with law (honors). He has further completed several courses from the following bodies:

With over 16 years’ experience in UAE, prior to joining Abdulla Ibrahim Almulla Advocates, Mr. Mirghani worked for 10 years (2007 – 2016) in one of Dubai,s leading law firms (Dr. Yousuf Al sharif Law Firm) as a Senior Legal Advisor and Technical Manager, and then moved to an in-house role between 2016 – 2022 in a recognized group of companies (Al Barari Construction, Real Estate and Management group of companies).
In addition, Mr. Mirghani has 14 years of experience in a two law firms outside the UAE, he worked for 6 years (1992 – 1997) in Mohamed Saeed and Partners Legal Consultancy office (Sudan) as a trainee and then as a legal Advisor, and for 8 years (1999 – 2006) in Hatim Rahal Advocates and Legal Advisors (Morocco) as a Senior legal Advisor and Office Manager.
He mainly focuses on a wide range cases involving civil, criminal, corporate, commercial, construction, real estate litigation and arbitration.
Mr. Mirghani is an Associate Researcher in the field of litigation at The Judicial and Legal Sciences Institute in Sudan and is ISO 9001-2015 certified.
MOSTAFA OTHMAN
SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Mr. Mostafa Othman obtained a bachelor’s law degree from the University of Alexandria in 2005, and further obtained a Foundation Diploma in Civil & Commercial Law in 2014.
His experience covers 15 years in the Arab Republic of Egypt, whereby he joined several leading law firms including Balbaa Law Firm and Legal Consultations at A. Abdel Halim Allam's office.

Mr. Mostafa then moved to the UAE where he practiced and served as a legal advisor for many contracting and real estate companies, and further has acted as legal advisor in The United Arab Emirates in the law firm Ms. Kholoud Saweed Advocates and Legal Consultants office.
His main areas of expertise include, writing legal notes in civil, commercial, criminal cases & solidarity disputes, real estate financial, sports contracts, and corporate drafting. Furthermore, Mr Mostafa has distinguished legal expertise in commercial litigation, including bankruptcy, insolvency and liquidation procedures.
FATIMA ABDULLA

Ms / Fatma Abdullah graduated from Cairo University with a Bachelor's degree in Law in 2013. She started her professional field as a legal advisor since 2013 and Director of Legal Affairs for a Dubai Courts Service Centre in the United Arab Emirates since 2019 and Director of notary public branch Department since 2021 for a year.

She worked on drafting all corporate contracts and all their amendments, carefully reviewing contracts that govern the situation in case of disputes drafting lawsuit regulations of all kinds until reaching the stages of implementation in cases, and preparing and reviewing all documents and procedures betore registration.

Ms. Mariam, graduated from Alexandria University 2011, considered one of the top Universities in Egypt.
With more than 10 years of experience, she dealt with many commercial, civil, penal, and legal cases. Specialised in advising executives regarding legal rights, executing legal research and monitoring changes to employment law at federal, state and national levels.

Mohammad Saleh Alnusirat, a tax advisor and a financial expert with advanced training and knowledge of tax accounting, tax legislation, new rules and tax laws in the UAE.
